38 Weeks!!

How far along: 38 weeks 

Baby is the size of : something large!

Weight gain:  I actually don't know because I stopped looking haha! I will ask at my next appt later this week.

Maternity clothes: The more comfy the better!

Stretch marks: Nothing new and still just on top. I did get that weird line on my belly though :-/

Sleep: If I get a couple of hours straight I am happy

Best moment this week: Spending time with the hubby, friends, and family :-)

Miss anything: sleep, and being able to see my toes...I need to go get a pedicure STAT

Morning sickness:  Not this week

Movement: Kicks have been replaced with big rolling movements

Food cravings: Milk, milk, and some more milk...bananas too

Anything making you queasy or sick: Garlic, red meat, and onions 

Have you started to show yet: YES and feeling very large
Symptoms: Leg cramps, hip aches, and holy swollen feet and hand, and lower back pain. Killer acid reflux!

Gender prediction: A girl!

Labor signs: lots of braxton hicks

Belly button in or out: Still in and almost completely flat lol

Wedding rings on or off: Haven't tried to put it on again because my fingers are always swollen

Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy and anxious...ready to be done and to meet our little one

Looking forward to: Meeting our little girl!!! Now for the waiting game...maybe a massage to bring on contractions??

37 Weeks!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO DADDY!!!!!

How far along: 37 weeks 

Baby is the size of : as long as a stalk of swiss chard

Weight gain:  we will stick with 27+

Maternity clothes: Yes and I might actually get to wear a long sleeve shirt or sweater if the weather keeps getting cooler!

Stretch marks: Nothing new and still just on top. I did get that weird line on my belly though :-/

Sleep: No bueno

Best moment this week: Shopping for nursery stuff with John and JoAnne on Sat! Her room is almost done and all of her clothes have been washed and put away!!

Miss anything: sleep (maybe this is prep for the no sleep I will be getting when she is here)

Morning sickness:  Started getting this again in the middle of the night :-/

Movement: Yes, lots!!

Food cravings: bananas and milk

Symptoms: Leg cramps, hip aches, and holy swollen feet and hands. Still dealing with swelling and add in some back pain too.

Labor signs: braxton hicks and that's about it...appt on Friday so we will see

Wedding rings on or off: Haven't tried to put it on again

Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy and anxious

Looking forward to: Finishing the nursery (sooooo close) and the doctor appt on Fri. Most of all I can't wait to meet our little girl. I can't believe how fast this has gone by!

36 weeks!!

35 weeks!!

How far along: 35 weeks 

Baby is the size of : some kind of a melon...and a really large one at that

Weight gain:  we will stick with 27+

Maternity clothes: Yes, and I want to live in my leggings, workout pants, and pj's

Stretch marks: Had Ron check the other day and I am happy to report that there are none on my belly. I hope it stays that way!

Sleep: Still rough

Best moment this week: Getting to hear her heartbeat again and knowing she is measuring right on time!

Miss anything: having a margarita with my chips and salsa :-)

Morning sickness:  none

Movement: She is moving so much that she keeps me up in the middle of the night!

Food cravings: bananas, milk, bread, sweets

Anything making you queasy or sick: Garlic, red meat, and onions 

Have you started to show yet: YES
Symptoms: Leg cramps, hip aches, and holy swollen feet and hands. Had swelling for the first time this weekend and it was not pretty!

Gender prediction: A girl!

Labor signs: Nope

Belly button in or out: Still in!

Wedding rings on or off: I had to take it off when my fingers got swollen :-( and now I'm scared to put it back on...I would be really sad if I had to cut it off!

Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy and anxious

Looking forward to: Getting her nursery done! I finish with work this week, so the plan is to start to finish everything starting next week. Her furniture is all set up, but we still need to paint. I also still need to wash all of her clothes, blankets, and stuff like that and put it all away. We just need to get a shelf or two for her room and a couple decorative things and then it will be done! Also, looking forward to meeting our little girl, and I can't believe how fast this pregnancy has gone by.
